Installation of any feedback control loading system will be done by the Customer. Servos & Simulation can provide the services of two engineers (software and hardware) at the specified location for integration, check-out, calibration, and acceptance of the system. This is done by separate contract and will need to be addressed and proposed to the customer. It is expected that this will take no more than three days. Customer will be responsible for mechanical installation of the control loader, installation of the linkages, and cable/wiring.
Acceptance criteria shall consist of the following items:
Matching a set of static and dynamic curves from the aircraft. These curves are to be mutually acceptable to purchaser and Servos & Simulation.
Integration of the loader with the simulator.
Demonstration of the operation of the software.
Demonstration that the simulator can be flown from the cockpit using the control loader. This assumes that Purchaser has a suitable simulation available in a timely manner.
Servos & Simulation developed a Test Set over 25 years ago just for performing the Acceptance Test Procedure for all Feedback Control Loading systems. This system is available for purchase if required by a customer. Please contact engineering for more information.
