Each and every system comes standard with LIFETIME phone/email technical support!! Technical support is provided during normal business hours and by appointment for our overseas customers. This phone/email based support is provided for the lifetime of the product.
Warranty service is provided the same as phone support. Please contact us regarding any warranty issues that you might have and we will be happy to assist you in correcting the problem quickly and professionally.
We do provide technical support prior to purchase. We happily answer any questions that you might have.
Servos & Simulation seldom releases anything more than a generic manual and drawing package to our customers only. If you are a current or past customer, please contact engineering and we will email you a replacement document package.
If you are a new customer and require schematics for your purchased system, please contact engineering and we can email them to you.
Servos & Simulation is glad to offer a standard one year warranty on all of its systems for parts only. All systems come with LIFETIME phone based technical support. Your warranty remains intact for the year as long as no modifications were made to the system without prior written (email) consent of Servos & Simulation. Natural disasters are not included. Extended warranties can be purchased for a nominal fee and must be done at contract time. Please contact us today for a quote.
Some of the COTS items used in our systems might have a longer than one year warranty. Please feel free to contact the OEM or us. We can assist you on these items.
